I have looked at several SAT apps and this one is by far the best, plus it is still free for now. Most of the SAT apps I have seen are only flash cards. This app's flash cards have a dictionary.com type of definition on the back of each card. You will see the definition and an example of it used in a sentence. There is also an audio opportunity to hear the word AND the definition spoken. One other feature I really like is the quiz option. It has 10 word quizzes and keeps track of how well you have scored in four categories: Favorites, Never Quizzed, Answered Poorly, and Answered Well. Download this app, while it is still free and let us know what you think about it.

Anyone who knows me, know I love my iPhone. It is a handy piece of technology that has endless uses. As I have browsed the hundreds of thousands of apps available at the iTunes app store and spoken to other iPhone users, I have discover many useful apps for school and every day use. If you have access to an iPhone, iTouch, or iPad, you may want to check these out. Most of my recommendations are free apps or have an free version available. You are also welcome to share your app recommendations, too.
