The Athletic Department, along with the National Junior Honor Society would like to thank everyone who donated to the 2nd annual “PAINT IT PINK” night to help raise cancer awareness and help fund important cancer research.
We had a great night of basketball and a day of fun which was supported by everyone who bought a shirt or donated money. The students, along with staff bought 150 cancer ribbons, which we proudly displayed on the Wall of Hope outside of the gymnasium. Those 150 ribbons also contributed to Mrs. Wheeler being taped to the cafeteria wall during lunch hours with pink tape. Also, during the lunch hours the students donated their money, which ultimately led to both Mr. Petralia and Mrs. Igras being taped to the wall of the gymnasium the night of the game.
