The ITS Support Desk is the primary location for providing support for the technology used in the Merrillville Community School Corporation. The support desk allows staff members to log online trouble tickets for problems as well as leave vocie mail support calls on the ITS Hotline at extension 7676.
Online Trouble Ticket Database
SchoolDude is the online trouble ticket database that is being used to log requests. This database logs staff requests and immediately directs the new ticket to the proper support team. The new online database will also allow you to view open, closed, and work in progress tickets with updated information from the IT Staff. We have also established an email account to request user accounts to be enabled and for changing of passwords. The account is firstname.lastname@example.org. This account will be monitored by multiple members of the IT department and will help to provide you quick response to account problems.
