Calling all 6th graders! What would you do if you were a leader in the Town of Merrillville?
If you ran the town, what would you do to improve the town and make it a great place to live?
Team up with a member of the Merrillville Town Council on Municipal Day (May 14th) to help report to the town on their behalf. Extended absence/Vacation Request Form-It is the parent's responsiblity to have the top portion completely filled out. After that, the student will take the completed form to each Teacher for current grades and signatures- Then the student MUST turn it into the Attendance Secretary in the office PRIOR to absence dates to get approval from the Principal.-Failure to follow these steps will result in unexcused absences*Please note not all absences will be approved & will be determined at the discretion of the Principal.2018-19 Student HandbookGeneral School Supply list's for 5th and 6th Grade are now available.
