• Verification of Information

    Parents/Legal Guardians: Welcome back for another school year!

    You will need to complete an on-line verification of information for all returning students between August 6 th and August 13 th . This information is used to update our records, provide a safe environment for your child and to confirm your child’s enrollment for the new school year.


    Beginning Monday, August 6th the “Verification of Information” link will be available on all our school websites as well as the corporation website. To complete this process you will need to log into your Skyward account using your Skyward Parent Access login and password which is the same as last school year.

    If you have a change of address or if you notice your address is incorrect in Skyward Parent Access, you will need to visit your child’s school between August 6th and August 13th . If you have students in multiple schools, you can simply visit the school of the oldest student. You will need to bring with you address verification (driver’s license, utility bill, mortgage statement or lease). For additional information regarding acceptable proofs of residency, call your child’s school. All school bus information for your student is based off the address listed in your Skyward Parent Access account.

    Student textbook fees through Skyward Parent Access availability:

    • On-line payment for Kindergarten through Grade 6 will be available beginning August 6th
    • On-line payment for Grade 7 through Grade 12 will be available beginning September 17th

    Do not delay in completing the verification of information. The on-line link becomes available August 6th and must be completed by August 13th . Additional information and instructions will be available prior to August 6th .
